(CMR) Superintendent of Police in the Cayman Islands Roje Williams is currently in Montserrat where he is serving as Acting Commissioner of Police for three weeks in the British Overseas Territory.
According to a release from Montserrat, Robin Hall, the Commissioner for the country's police force, faced an unexpected delay due to unforeseen operational policing matters.
Williams was sworn in by Her Excellency Governor Sarah Tucker and by Chief Magistrate Vashti Chatoor as the Acting Commissioner of Police for the Royal Montserrat Police Service with effect from Wednesday, April 3rd.
After Williams' three weeks of service, Alex Enrilles from the Gibraltar Police Service will take over as acting commissioner.

The country is in the process of recruiting a deputy commissioner.
