(CMR) Three people, including an infant, were injured after the vehicle they were traveling in collided with a concrete pole on Frank Sound Road early Thursday morning, 7 September.
Reports from the RCIPS are that, shortly after 1:15 a.m., officers responded to a single-vehicle collision involving a white Kia Optima on Frank Sound Road. It was reported that while the vehicle was traveling southbound along Frank Sound Road, it left the roadway, colliding with a concrete post and a utility pole.
Emergency services attended the location, and the three occupants of the vehicle, a man, a woman, and an infant, were transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital to be treated for their injuries. The woman and child remain in stable condition at the hospital while the man was discharged.
The matter is under investigation.
