(CMR) The Cayman Islands South Sound Rugby Club is seeking the public's assistance in locating a man who broke into the facility in South Sound, George Town at 5:15 am this morning, March 20.
This is the third time the Rugby Club has been burglarized in the past year. Newly installed CCTV cameras caught several imagines of the perpetrator. He is slender build and appears to have a full beard and is wearing a tam covering his head. He's also lighter completion and wore a long sleeve shirt and pants. In his left hand can be seen his cellular phone and several rings on two of his fingers; including what appears to be a wedding band and a larger ring on the middle finger. He actually used his cell phone light during the incident. He does appear to be on the taller side as well – probably between 5'10” and 6′.
He arrived and left in a private vehicle. Anyone with information on this incident are encouraged to contact the Rugby Club, police or even send anonymous tips to CMR.
Another CMR viewer contacted us as he's suspected to have burglarized her vehicle at the Pine Crest complex off Old Crewe Road on Sunday morning at 5:20 am. In that incident a handbag was stolen containing a passport, driver's license, bank card and other personal items.
CMR sources indicate the same suspect is likely involved in another vehicular break-in in the same vicinity as Pine Crest.
