(CMR) Joel Christopher Duncan (36), who is said to have left the island after getting bail, is being sought by the police in relation to the recovery of two firearms, ammunition, and ganja at an address in George Town on Monday, 4 September.
Police said Duncan is to be treated as violent and dangerous and should not be approached. Police are asking the public to call 9-1-1 immediately if he is seen. However, CMR sources said Duncan has likely fled to Jamaica.
Duncan is described as being of dark complexion, about 6’1” in height, about 190lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. He is also known as “One Don.”
The public is being reminded that according to the Police Act (2021 Revision), to obstruct, mislead, or act in such a way as to prevent the apprehension of a person who has committed a crime is an offense. If prosecuted for such an offense, you may be liable on conviction to a fine of $5000 or imprisonment for two years or both.
