(CMR) Island Bar/Singh's Roti Shop is seeking the public's help to identify a man who attempted to burglarize the property Tuesday morning.
Global Security Services Ltd., which manages the security for the business, said the attempted burglary was caught on CCTV, and the matter was reported to the police. However, they have done their own investigations which indicate that the perpetrator may be a man who visited the property earlier begging.
The man seen on the video had on similar shoes and an item worn around the neck, which was matched with daytime images of an individual who is always begging at this establishment.
“We hope these images can make a successful arrest and can also assist with other investigations if he’s involved in other burglaries,” the company said.
