(CMR) Noel Paul Manning (54), accused of sexually abusing a child over several years from she was five years old until she was eight years old, pleaded not guilty to 13 counts of rape and indecent assault in Grand Court on Friday, 21 July.
According to the charges read in court, Manning, who also goes by the names ‘Indian', ‘Doc' or ‘Doctor', sexually abused the child on at least two occasions each Summer between 1 June and 31 August of each year, from 2016 to 2019.
Manning pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape, eight counts of indecent assault and one count of attempted rape. His bail was extended as he awaits trial, which is expected to begin on December 4.
Manning who was previously circulated as a missing person, was arrested after police said he was not missing but wanted in relation to sexual offenses.
