(CMR) Rotary Central Cayman Islands said it would issue a refund after 13 books of tickets or 130 tickets were not returned and did not make it into this year's Music Extravaganza raffle, held on Saturday, 25 November.
According to a release from the club, organizers have no idea how many of the missing tickets were sold or to whom. The affected tickets are 02651 through 02700, 03411 through 03450, 05051 through 05060, and 05071 through 05100.
Recognizing that some patrons' tickets did not make it to the raffle, Rotary Central said it would refund these ticketholders the price paid for the tickets.
If you still have your ticket stubs to show proof of purchase, email [email protected] to arrange for your refund. If you do not have the ticket stub but still want to claim a refund, you can contact the same email with details of your claim.
“Rotary Central sincerely apologizes for this unfortunate incident which occurred due to circumstances beyond our control. We thank our loyal Music Extravaganza patrons for your continued support and endeavor to ensure that all affected individuals are reimbursed the price of their missing tickets,” the release added.
