(CMR) Nineteen families are expected to move into their new homes this Christmas season as the homes being constructed under the West Bay Light House Gardens Project (Phase 3) are on schedule to be handed over.
Minister of Planning, Agriculture, Housing and Infrastructure Jay Ebanks said, “From stunning architecture to top-notch amenities, every aspect of these National Housing Development Trust (NHDT) built homes have been created to enhance comfort and create lifelong memories.”
“We understand that moving into a new home is a significant milestone, and what better time to celebrate than during the holiday season? With cozy, firm, spacious interiors, and a beautiful neighborhood, the homes are sure to be the perfect backdrop for festive Caribbean gatherings and joyful moments,” Ebanks further stated in a post on social media.
The NHDT builds affordable housing in communities across Grand Cayman and offers financing opportunities for first-time homeowners with low or middle incomes.
