(CMR) Workforce Opportunities and Residence Cayman (WORC) will have a specialized Customer Care team on Cayman Brac this week from Monday, 15 August through Friday, 19 August, to assist customers in using WORC online services, including JobsCayman registration and Portal payments.
Acting Director Jeremy Scott said, “We are encouraging WORC clients and customers to use our online payment portals and systems in order to streamline our processes and be more efficient. We aim to reduce wait times by utilising online systems wherever possible.”
The WORC Stand Alone Payment Portal on the WORC website has recently been upgraded.
Mr. Scott said, “Applications may now be uploaded at the time of payment. This new feature offers better efficiency and a more concise way of submitting and paying for applications.”
