(CMR) Bank of Butterfield have updated their online customer system over the weekend and numerous complaints have ensued as a result.
Customers have posted on social media as well as sent messages to Cayman Marl Road that they are unable to login and complete transactions.

“OMG hate it”
“Can't access it now even after following the new instructions. I just came back from Governor's Square branch and the place is ram packed with complaining customers. This is quote awful.”
Thus far the bank has made no comment on the matter.
