(CMR) Ezekiel Carter, the man who was arrested in relation to the shooting at Vic's bar on July 9, has pleaded not guilty to one count of murder, six counts of attempted murder, and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
Carter was arrested and charged following the shooting, which claimed the life of Wayne McLean and injured several others at the bar located on Seymour Drive in George Town.
Carter appeared before the Grand Court Friday morning, September 3. He was represented by attorney Oliver Grimwood of Samson Law. Presiding judge Cheryll Richards set the matter for a two-week jury trial to begin on November 29.
