(CMR) After two days of residents being without internet in the Bodden Town area due to equipment failure, Flow said it has restored service to those affected early Wednesday.
Regulator OfReg is encouraging customers to contact them if their services have not been restored by emailing [email protected] or calling 1(345) 946-4282. OfReg’s key focus now is to ensure that all customers are reconnected.
Going forward, OfReg said it will conduct an investigation into what happened and decide on appropriate measures as needed.
OfReg met with Flow Country Manager Cristina Spratt on Tuesday for an urgent update on the extended outage on its network. The issue was revealed then to be due to equipment failure. Flow said on Tuesday that it had identified the problem and was working to fix it.
