UPDATE: Missing teen, 17-year-old Jemma Watson, who was reported missing on Monday, 8 January, has been located and returned safely. She appears to be in good health. The RCIPS thanks the public for their assistance in locating her.
(CMR) Police are again seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Jemma Watson, who was reported missing on Monday, 8 January. Jemma was reported missing last month and went missing from her home again around the time she was returned.
It was reported that she was last seen in the Willie Farrington Drive area of West Bay on Monday, 8 January, but went missing from her West Bay home on 28 December.
Police are concerned for Jemma’s welfare and are encouraging her to return to her West Bay address or attend the nearest police station immediately.
The RCIPS reminds the public that anyone who harbors or conceals a young person is guilty of an offense and is liable, on conviction, to being fined $2000 and to imprisonment for three months. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is encouraged to call the West Bay Police Station at 949-3999 or the M.A.S.H Unit at 649-6000.
Jemma is described as about 5’8” tall, of slim build, with a light brown complexion and brown shoulder-length hair.
