(CMR) The Ministry of Health and Wellness and the Public Health Department at HSA have announced that a Moderna (bivalent) COVID-19 fall booster clinic will be held this Sunday, 16 October, for residents ages 70 and up and frontline healthcare workers.
The clinic will run from 10 am-3 pm at the Women’s Health Centre, Cayman Islands Hospital.
Residents ages 70 and up and frontline health care workers- including those who provide assistance to elderly and immunocompromised persons in private homes- who had their last COVID-19 vaccination or booster more than 3 months ago are eligible for the Moderna (bivalent) fall booster shot. They should bring the following to Sunday’s clinic:
-Vaccination card or digital vaccination certificate showing the date of the last dose/booster
-Government-issued photo identification showing date of birth
-Facemasks (please bring your own)
