(CMR) A resident of West Bay is pleading for the person(s) who broke into her Silver CRV vehicle on Monday evening to return some valuables including passports and personal documents.
The incident occurred after 7:00 p.m. in Bouncing Bay, Sand Hole Road in West Bay on July 2nd. A number of both personal and business items were taken. The thief removed several handbags that contained over $800 in cash, six debit cards, a CNB pouch that had company checkbooks, several passports, company cell phone, personal iPhone. Some of the passports and mobile phones belong to her children.
The owner is asking for whoever took the items to please return them – especially the passports, debit cards and company checkbooks – which are of no real use to anyone.
“I just wish the persons that did this would return the passport and personal documents. They don't have any use for those items and they are very difficult to replace. Please just leave them in a public place so that we can pick them up.”
We also understand that another car break-in occurred at Alfresco's Restaurant in West Bay that same day.
