(CMR) Two Tortuga Liquor company employees were arrested last week for theft at the 7 Mile Shop location off West Bay Road for stealing from the company. Sources indicate the duo was arrested at work last week Wednesday, March 24 in the afternoon. Arrested are Caymanian Daniel Bodden and Filipino worker Juliette Andrade.
The duo can be seen in photos being processed and arrested by several RCIPS police officers.
Their termination from the company was confirmed via email in which Tortuga President Robert Hamaty confirmed the details and included photos of the arrested pair. He stressed that the company continues to have:
“a zero-tolerance policy of pursuing dishonesty to the full extent that the law permits. Reminder Northward Prison is not a hotel.”
He concluded with the fact that it saddens them as a family company that has done so much for its employees.
The previous week Jamaican Kasnique Patrice Austin Cupid AKA Eve Highvoltage was arrested for alleged theft from the company and being involved in a robbery.
