(CMR) Nicaraguan native, Ruperth Hodgson Ingram (26) appeared in Summary Court on Wednesday before Magistrate Gunn in relation to an attack on a female jogger on South Sound Road last month.
Ingram works as a gardener/handyman in the Cayman Islands.
Originally arrested on January 3 he was formally charged yesterday with Assault ABH in relation to the incident. He received bail with an ankle monitor and will appear again in court on March 1.
Ingram is alleged to have attacked a female jogger after pushing her in the bushes. The victim spoke with CMR in an exclusive video where she shared the details of her experience that early Sunday morning.
