(CMR) Ronnie Rodney Ebanks (53), the serial sexual predator who was engaged in indecent activity near a group of children last week, has been charged. Ebanks has been charged with Publicly Doing an Indecent Act and Criminal Trespass in relation to the incident.
He is expected to appear in court today, 17 January.
It was reported that members of the public had observed Ebanks, from West Bay, engaged in suspicious and possibly indecent behavior near a group of children. He was approached by a member of the public and then left the location.
