(CMR) A 53-year-old George Town man was taken into police custody following a drug bust at an address on Rock Hole Road in George Town.
Reports from the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service (RCIPS) are that on Friday (July 10) police conducted an operation in the area, following reports from members of the public that drugs were being sold at the location.
While at the location officers recovered a quantity of cocaine and a quantity of cash totaling over $2000CI.
A man, at the location, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to supply and suspicion of consumption of a controlled drug. He has been granted bail as investigations continue.
