(CMR) Officers of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service were kept busy in George Town early Saturday morning after being called to two separate incidents.
The first incident occurred shortly after 12 a.m when a man was injured during an altercation involving several men at a bar on Martin Drive.
The man reportedly received injuries to the head, arm, and back and was transported to the hospital.
Two hours later, officers were dispatched to Seymour Road, where there were reports of shots being fired in the vicinity of a bar.
Several spent shell casings were recovered in the area; however, it appeared no one was injured.
