Cayman Marl Road has just been informed that Pat Estwick has been appointed as the new CEO of The Cayman Islands Civil Service Co-operative Credit Union. Several weeks ago we were informed of the resignation of former CEO Corrine Glasgow but there appears to have been no public announcement in relation to her departure.
Patricia Estwick has served on several boards including with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, The Pines Retirement Home and Cayman Airways.
Mrs. Estwick graduated in 1988 from Pace University with magna cum laude honors in Accounting and earned her Certified Public Accounting designation in 1990. She also attained a Master of Business Administration in 1996 from the University of Miami.
For the past seventeen years, she served as Chief Financial Officer of a financial services group in the Cayman Islands. She previously worked as the Director of Internal Audit for the Cayman Islands Government for five years and before that as an audit professional with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young in the United States and in the Cayman Islands.
There were numerous rumors going into the 2017 election that Estwick would have been running on the PPM ticket but that never materialized
