(CMR) Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Lee on Friday (May 29) reported one new case of COVID-19 which brings the island's total to 141.
The new case was said to be community-acquired
To date, 11,139 COVID-19 tests have conducted in Cayman, with about 50% of Cayman Brac's population having been tested for the virus.
According to Lee, sixty-eight people have recovered, while there are 72 active cases.
Lee further said one person is symptomatic of the active cases, while 71 are asymptomatic.
No patients are currently in hospital for COVID-19.
