(CMR) A man was seriously injured early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle collision at the stop-light intersection of Shedden Road and North Sound Road in George Town.
Reports are that just after 3:30 am, police and other emergency services were dispatched by the 911 Communications Centre to a report of a single-vehicle collision.
Police said the collision concluded with the vehicle coming to a stop at a nearby tire shop. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital by ambulance, where he remains. He is believed to be in stable condition.
