(CMR) Jamaica has lost a total of 107 persons to the COVID-19 pandemic and the island nation's new cases of the virus continues to rise exponentially.
The latest figures out of the country's ministry of health revealed that Jamaica had recorded 74 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total to 6,482.
A two-month-old baby is among Jamaica’s 74 new coronavirus cases, most of which were recorded in the parish of Kingston and St Andrew.
Jamaica currently has 4,419 active cases of the virus ;137 of these people are hospitalised, with 27 being considered moderately ill while 13 are in critical condition.
