(CMR) The Jamaica Consulate in the Cayman Islands is reminding the public that all travelers to Jamaica will need to complete an online travel registration and obtain travel authorization approval before check-in at the airport.
This can be done by visiting www.jamcovid19.moh.gov/Immigration.html or for non-Jamaican passport holders www.visitJamaica.com.
“We hope travelers to Jamaica will comply with these requirements to avoid disappointments in their travel plans,” the Consulate said.
The Jamaican Government also announced on Sunday that effective March 4, proof of a negative Covid-19 test (taken within 72hrs of travel) is also required for all persons 12 years of age and older to enter Jamaica.
