(CMR) Trees 4Life will no longer be bringing in Christmas trees for the 2018 season.
Cayman Marl Road followers are at a loss for what to do but the Company apparently has up a voicemail message from November 29 last year and an automated email message that reads:
To our valued customers,
We regret to inform you that we will not be importing Christmas Trees for the 2018 season. Last year proved to be too much of a difficult experience and we were not pleased with this year's importation terms. If you are on our mailing list, an email was sent to the address you provided to us from your last order. If you do not see it, we recommend checking your spam or alternative folders.
We hope to have a better resolution for the 2019 season. As always, we wish you and your families a blessed holiday season.
They further posted on their Facebook page that:
Due to the overwhelming difficulty experienced last year with the importation process, we have decided to not bring in Christmas Trees for the 2018 season. We worked hard to find a solution this year. Unfortunately, the solution came too late in the season for us to provide the quality Christmas trees our customers have come to expect. We apologize in advanced and thank you for the understanding.
Many persons see this is an unfortunate turn of events and are desperately looking for new ways to source live Christmas trees for 2018. Some of the other local nurseries may have them. One person was concerned that most other places do not take pre-orders so that might present some issues. They were also a company that donating some of their proceeds to Zak Quappe Flight Scholarship.
