(CMR) Jamaica’s latest internet sensation- known only as Ghetto Micheal Jackson- has been dancing up a storm on social media platforms.
Like his stage name suggests, Akeem Walker, the act who personates the late American King of Pop Micheal Jackson, is a fabulous dancer.
The month of May, saw an uproar in Jamaica’s entertainment industry as the 21-year-old, showcased his Jackson inspired moves on social media platforms.
His routines created quite a stir, raising his number of Instagram (IG) followers to approximately 50,000 and eventually landing him a lead role in the “Clean everyday” video with upcoming dancehall artiste, Skillibeng.
The viral overnight sensation’s manager, Wessy Wessy, promises to release a debut single for his new found talent later this month.
He boasts that Walker is a man of many talents, calling him a “triple threat”, being true to the persona of Micheal Jackson, as a talented singer and actor. He intends on showing that he has more to offer the industry starting with his soon to be released single “Can I get a pic.”
