FREE Yoga at the Grounds

Come on out for FREE Yoga at the Ground on Wednesday 18th November at 5:30pm, at the Agricultural Show Grounds in Lower Valley.

This event is presentedby the Cayman Islands Department of Agriculture in conjuction with the Wellness Committe of the Cayman Islands Government.

Registration is free, however, donations on the day are welcomed and will support the Lions Club of Tropical Gardens diabetes awareness campaign.

Farm fresh health refreshments will be provided.

Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket and pillow.
