CPA meeting to consider Waterfront Centre Ltd. application and possible enforcement

The Central Planning Authority is meeting today to discuss a number of matters including the Waterfront Centre planning permission and enforcement. The application is for after-the-fact placement of rocks along an existing dock within the seabed; fill land to a pre-existing level; expand an existing dock, and after-the-fact concrete slab on the ironshore.
