DCI introduces dropbox to prevent spread of COVID-19

(CMR) The Department of Commerce and Investment (DCI) is requiring customers to place new applications for licenses and renewals in a dropbox, where payment is being made by cheque. This is part of new measures being implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

As soon as payment is received, a receipt will be issued via email. The dropbox at the business licensing counter can also be used to submit other documents where a deferral letter has been issued.

While members of the public paying by cash may continue to do so at the DCI counter, DCI encourages businesses to use the online platform, available at www.dci.gov.ky, for submissions where possible.

DCI management thanks customers in advance for supporting these measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety and wellness of DCI staff and the community.
