(CMR) Caymanians, Permanent Residents, and Residency and Employment Rights Certificate (RERC) holders are invited to a hospitality industry career fair being held Saturday, 5 March from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Cayman Islands Royal Ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.

Dart is organizing the recruitment event on behalf of three hotels in its hospitality portfolio: The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, and Hampton by Hilton.

Managers from the three hotels will be available to speak about opportunities in all areas of operations. These include food and beverage, culinary, housekeeping, front desk, concierge, pool and beach, accounting, and more.

Attendees will be able to schedule interviews for specific positions of interest and register for training for future opportunities. The complete list of jobs can be found on Dart’s Facebook page   (https://www.facebook.com/DartEnterprisesLtd).

In addition to hosting their own jobs fairs and recruitment drives in 2021, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Kimpton Seafire participated in the job fair hosted on 9 December 2021 by the Ministry and Department of Tourism, the Cayman Islands Tourism Association, and in collaboration with Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman (WORC). For Saturday’s event, they are joined by Hampton by Hilton, which opened in late 2021.

“Dart is pleased to support the hotels’ ongoing commitment to offering opportunities to Caymanians by facilitating this latest career event,” said Justin Howe, President of Real Estate Asset Management.

“Since the Cayman Islands Government announced the further relaxing of COVID-19 travel restrictions that came into effect on 18 February, the three hotels have seen a marked increase in reservations activities. With this momentum fueling the initial recovery of the tourism business, our Dart team and the hotel leaders are eager to meet local applicants and share information about available positions,”  Howe said.

No prior registration is required to attend the event. Attendees are asked to bring their resumes.
