(CMR) 24-year-old Jaci Patrick of West Bay won the Miss World Cayman Islands 2019/2020 title this past Saturday.
Patrick is a graduate of UCCI and will be taking over the reins from Kelsie Woodman-Bodden. She will now represent the Cayman Islands at the upcoming Miss World Pageant.
Patrick is the only child of proud parents Mr. Don Patrick and Mrs. Judith Patrick. She is a former John Gray High School Student also has completed her Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing and Literature from the University of South Florida. Her passion for creative arts is what drives her every day, and she aspires to obtain a Master's Degree in Creative Writing.
Patrick shared that her role model is her father, local businessman, Don Patrick. She had taught her that anything can be achieved through hard work and having a positive attitude.

The first runner up is Tatyana Salazar of West Bay and second runner up, Marlena Williams of Bodden Town. Salazar also won Miss Congeniality, Best Smile and Best in Evening Gown. Shaquin Denay Rankine from East End and Kevie Ann Pierre from Bodden Town also took part in the pageant.
The pageant was held at the Harquail Theatre.
