(CMR) Police have recovered a number of items during operations over the course of this month. The recovered items are jewellery and watches which the police believe to have been stolen. Pictures of these items have been provided in this press release and members of the public are invited to view these items and attempt to identify them if you have been victims of theft related crimes such as burglaries. The police believe that the incidents that these items were taken from may date back to as far as 2012.
If a member of the public identifies any of the items as belonging to them or would like to have a closer look at the items to be sure, they should contact DC 198 Mendez at 916-1621 or DC 344 Gomes at 926-2965 between the hours of 9 AM to 7 PM.
In order to claim any items persons will be required to present proof of ownership, which can include pictures, receipts or serial numbers or any specific description which would identify the item. If you have information regarding these items and their rightful owners please contact the officers mentioned above.
