(CMR) The RCIPS Criminal Records Office wishes to advise the public that, effective immediately, the standard turnaround time for walk-in customers is now two working days. Applicants requiring same day or next day processing are still able to utilize the express service for a fee of $75. The process for applying and paying online remains the same, as does the turnaround time.

The RCIPS apologizes for any inconvenience this adjustment may cause.
