(CMR) Abraham Ghazarian will be replacing Stuart Bostock as CEO for the Cayman operations of The Security Centre Ltd. (TSCL) in order for Bostock to focus on the growth of US-based business. Bostock was the CEO for over 20 years when he joined the company as Operational Manager in 2000.
By 2002 Bostock was promoted to CEO. According to a press release issued by the company, Ghazarian will now be responsible for the day-to-day management responsibilities. Ghazarian joined TSCL last year as General Manager.
Mr. Ghazarian is said to be a seasoned executive with over 25 years of private security business experience globally. Prior to joining TSCL, he held several executive positions including Group Chief Executive Officer, and Regional Managing Director with geographical responsibilities covering South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and North America.
Mr. Abrahem Ghazarian began his career as a security officer in Toronto whilst completing his studies in Law and Security/police education, progressing to corporate security manager for a leading international bank in Dubai. Following this, he transitioned to the private security sector which provided a platform for a global career in the business of outsourced security and facility management services. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Ghazarian (Abe) played instrumental leadership roles in crafting and spearheading multi-billion dollar global expansion plans while working for the world’s largest security and facility service companies and running operations in over 90 countries
Ian Wight, company chairman, welcomes Mr. Ghazarian to the role, saying:

During his tenure, Bostock has been instrumental in the growth of the Company by launching new business ventures such as Sat Trak Ltd, Security Centres International Ltd and merging with partner companies including Safeguard Security Services Ltd and Apex Perimeter protection – in order to diversify product services and branch out into the wider Caribbean region.
He will continue to be a director and shareholder at the Security Centre.
