(CMR) The owner of a truck that was parked on a work site on Harvey Stephens Drive is appealing to the person who stole the “PTO pump” to return it. CMR understands the truck belongs to a widow who is a single parent.
A CMR source revealed that the thief has to be someone who is knowledgeable about how to remove a “PTO pump,” a part that helps to make the truck tip to dump its load.
The perpetrator reportedly cut the wire and tubes underneath the truck to get the part they need.
“This part is very expensive and hard to find, and the thief thinks that they should take off the parts they need and let other people suffer,” the person said.
Anyone who may have any information about this robbery or may know the person who stole it is being asked to contact the police.
