(CMR) Police are investigating after a man showed up at the Cayman Islands Hospital on Thursday evening, 20 April, with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the foot.
CMR sources have revealed the injured man is Yannick McLaughlin and said he was shot after a gun he was carrying went off. He has also been implicated in several robberies, a source told CMR.

The man was believed to have been in the Shedden Road area of George Town, near the Martin Drive junction, prior to being transported to the Cayman Islands Hospital for treatment by private car.
