(CMR) A 30-year-old man was slapped with several charges, including three counts of intentional harassment, after he was seen at a condominium exposing himself and continued exposing himself while being transported by the police.
The man, also charged with criminal trespass, was on court bail with electronic monitoring at the time of the incident, and has also been charged with damaging an electronic monitoring device.
The RCIPS reported that on Saturday, 25 February, officers responded to a report of an incident at a condominium complex on West Bay Road. It was reported that two women had seen a man on the premises exposing himself. The man then entered one of the units and made his way to an empty bedroom. When police arrived on the scene, they found the man in the room undressed.
The West Bay man was arrested and taken into custody; however, he continued to expose himself while being transported to the Cayman Islands Detention Centre.
He has been remanded in custody in relation to an ongoing case and will appear in court in respect to this matter on Tuesday, 7 March.
