(CMR) Local food vendors who do not currently occupy a commercial space (cottage industry or small business) are invited to submit a proposal for vendor services for the National Heroes Day Celebration 2023.
Successful vendors will be expected to provide indigenous Caymanian-style food samples for the National Heroes Day Celebrations taking place on Monday, 23 January 2023.
Interested bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria:
-Bidders must use the Menu Form document as specific guidelines.
-Bidders must submit a copy of a valid business license to demonstrate they are a small-man business (Cottage Industry).
-Bidders must submit a copy of a current Food Hygiene & Safety handling certification from the Department of Environmental Health.

Proposals must be received between Friday, 6 January 2023 through Friday, 13 January 2023, by 5:00 PM EST (GMT-5). Late bids will not be accepted, CIG will not defray any cost incurred by bidders.
