(CMR) A man who posted a video of himself holding a shotgun on social media earlier this year has been charged with possession of an unlicensed firearm.
Daniel Flores-Ruiz (38) of George Town was formally charged on 16 November. According to the RCIPS, investigations determined that he is not a licensed firearms holder and that the shotgun belonged to a licensed firearm holder who is known to him.
Flores-Ruiz appeared in court yesterday, 22 November, and was bailed pending a further appearance on 13 December.
