(CMR) Geoffry William Ebanks (45), the National Housing Development Trust (NHDT) Board Chairman, has been criminally charged following a three-month-long investigation into the movement of soil and marl taking from a North Side job site.
The Ant-Corruption Unit has confirmed that he has been charged with (1) conflict of interest contrary to sections 19(2) and 19(3) of the Anti-Corruption Act (2019 Revision) and Breach of Trust contrary to section 13 of the same act.
As of press time, Ebanks had not tendered his registration despite sources revealing months ago he promised to do so when the investigation was launched.
