(CMR) CUC recently hosted a graduation ceremony to recognize and celebrate the achievements of 20 employees who successfully completed the Level 2 and Level 3 Certificate in Leadership Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
“I am very pleased to see this group of employees complete their respective ILM Level 2 and Level 3 leadership courses. I cannot emphasize too greatly the importance of having effective leadership at all levels throughout the Company to develop and grow our employees individually and to inspire their focus and alignment with the goals of the Company,” Richard Hew, CUC's President & CEO, said.
“I congratulate the participants on their endeavor to enhance their leadership skills, which included many hours of study and written assignments, and wish them every success as they practice these new skills. I also extend thanks to the ILM facilitators, in particular Eric Jenkinson and his team at Ndeavour Consultants, for their facilitation of the courses,” the CEO added.
