(CMR) Thieves have struck at the Prospect Constituency Office where 24 pieces of plywood were stolen recently from the back of the property. The thieves left behind 10 pieces. The plywood was purchased for the addition of a temporary purpose build structure on the back of the property for the upcoming free summer camp being hosted MP Sabrina Turner.
The minister shared her immense disappointment at the loss in an interview with CMR. She explained that the materials had come out of pocket or were donated for the building enhancement. The extension will serve as a covered area for her summer camp will begin next month and can be used for upcoming social events held at the constituency office.
Anyone with information on the theft should contact the police or the MP herself.
CMR was on location to obtain more details on the incident:
The property can be accessed from both Marina Drive and Prospect Drive. It appears the culprits would have accessed it from the back end which is on Prospect Drive.
