(CMR) Noel Morales is the new Darts National Champion of the Cayman Islands. Morales, who has been playing darts for the last four years, will represent Cayman in the Caribbean Championship this year.
“I am so happy to represent the Cayman Islands in the next Caribbean Championship, which will take place in Jamaica this 2022,” Morales told CMR.
Morales, who is the first Honduran player to win the competition, was also the recipient of the MVP award. He also finished second in the Darts League.
Morales came to the Cayman Islands in 1999 and has been living here since. He has played professional football with Latino FC and Future FC from West Bay.
He then became a host/DJ for Latin nights Caliente and Rumba, where everybody knows him as “Le Bambino.”
“I have been playing Darts for four years, and I love the game. I practice 4 hours per day, and my dream is to represent the Island proudly and become the Caribbean Champion,” Morales said.
