(CMR) Romario Desmond Brown (21) has been charged in relation to a burglary that took place earlier this month at a residence located on Anne Bonny Crescent, South Sound, where a safe was forcibly removed.
Police said on Tuesday, 8 February, police arrested a 21-year-old man in relation to the aggravated burglary that took place on Tuesday, 1 February.
On Thursday, 10 February, the man was charged with aggravated burglary and related offenses and is due to appear in court today, Friday, 11 February. A quantity of stolen jewelry was recovered as a result of the investigation.
Other individuals are known to be involved in the incident, which resulted in the forced removal of a safe containing documents and personal possessions along with other items from the residence.
This incident continues to be investigated by the police, and detectives are seeking information from the public that may assist with locating the other assailants and the remaining stolen property.
