(CMR) The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) is advising members of the public that regular garbage collection services will take place on Remembrance Day, November 15, 2021.
Therefore the collection schedule will remain as per a regular week, including the recycling center. The bulk waste collection schedule will also continue as the DEH crew moves to Bodden Town until November 20, 2021.
Additionally, the DEH is advising residents that the George Town Landfill will close at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 13, 2021. The landfill drop-off facility at the gate will remain accessible for the public and small vehicles 24 hours per day.
