(CMR) 31-year-old Michael Nelson Marshall of West Bay was charged yesterday, 5 August, with attempted rape, indecent assault, possession of ganja, and consumption of ganja.
These charges followed his arrest on Tuesday, 3 August, in relation to an incident that took place at a residence on North West Point Road in West Bay on 26 July.
The man appeared in court Thursday, where he was remanded in custody until 20 August, at which time he will re-appear in the Grand Court to answer to the charges.
