(CMR) The RCIPS has confirmed that a man was shot in West Bay on Saturday during an altercation outside the Jungle Night Club. CMR sources said the man was told to run before being shot.
Police reports are that shortly after 2:00 am today, 5 June, officers responded to a report of a firearm incident in the parking lot of Trafalgar Place on West Bay Road. It was reported that two men were involved in an altercation with two other men known to them. One man was struck in the head with an object and injured, and another man was shot and injured.
EMS attended the location and both men were transported to the hospital to be treated for what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries. The culprits were reported to have left the location in a vehicle.
