(CMR) Former Prime Minister of Jamaica Bruce Golding has been hospitalized.
He was admitted to the Tony Thwaites Wing of the University Hospital of the West Indies for a recurring health issue Thursday evening, Jamaica Gleaner reported.
Golding, the former head of the Jamaica Labour Party from 2005 to 2011, and his wife Lorna were among the first persons to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine when Jamaica started its COVID-19 vaccination program earlier this month.
Golding was hospitalized last year after complaining of nausea.
