(CMR) Hurley's Media is moving out of Camana Bay as it transitions into Compass Media in February. It appears the parent company Pinnacle Media has ended their lease relinquishing some 6,000 square feet of premium real estate saving themselves around $20,000 per month.
The move will be completed by Sunday, January 31. CMR understands that they aim to save a substantial amount of money in an attempt to rebrand into Compass Media. Vendors have already been informed that starting the second week of February they are to make payment into the Compass Media bank account.
They will be taking up space where Bank of Butterfield previously vacated in the Compass building off Shedden Road. Sources have indicated that there are substantial renovations that are required to the new facility but at this time the building will be used as is. Some equipment is earmarked for storage and other equipment might be auctioned off at a later date.

Compass continues to consolidate assets in an attempt to maximize their efficiency. More staff cuts are also expected in the coming months.
